Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it's a single accessory or a subscription box. Please review our Return & Cancellation Policy below.

Returns (A'la Carte Purchases):

  • We accept returns on products purchased a'la carte within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that return postage is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

 

Subscription Box Cancellations:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, please note that cancellations may be refunded only up to 25% per month of the total subscription cost for unused months within 30 days from the original subscription purchase date.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@kommentarie.com with your order details. We will process your cancellation and refund the appropriate amount based on unused months.
  • Refunds for subscription cancellations will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Important Notes:

  • For both returns and cancellations, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged, or are outside of the return period.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

How to Process a Return or Cancellation:

  1. To initiate a return or subscription cancellation, please contact our customer service team at hello@kommentarie.com.
  2. For returns, please include proof of purchase and your order number.
  3. For cancellations, please reach out prior to the next billing cycle to ensure eligibility for a refund.
